WHO WE ARE:
Whether performing, producing, or managing, Drew found himself immersed in the entertainment industry from a very young age. He was introduced to the event scene in Palm Beach, FL performing along side his mom, a concert pianist. During these early years, his passion for the entertainment industry grew as he took to the road touring - sometimes producing the very concert he was playing. For Drew, the different aspects of entertainment, logistics, and client relations are what keep Harbor Entertainment on the cutting of edge of today’s event’s industry.
When not on the event site, Drew continues to play his drums. Whether a pick-up band or a session with friends, music is where this all began. He is also a licensed pyrotechnician… after all you never know when that might come in handy!

Immersed from a very young age in the performing arts as a dancer, Kasey is no stranger to the stage. Her love for both the performing and visual arts led her to degrees in Industrial Design and Dance Studies from Appalachian State University. This unique combination opens an endless array of possibilities that is incorporated into every project she produces. With a natural eye for what truly works, and a no holds barred attitude, she brings each client’s ideas to life both on and off the page.
When Kasey isn’t working on an event, she is building custom jewelry, dancing with contemporary dance companies, and teaching Yoga.
Kasey also has a skill set in making a mean pot of french press coffee and maintaining a certain level of ridiculousness in the office – Nerf Guns and prank wars are encouraged.

Harbor produced the Avnet Business Partner Appreciation event at the IBM InterConnect 2015 conference.
The event utilized the House of Blues Courtyard and New Orleans Room.
Harbor provided custom Avnet glasses for guests to play into the Spazmatic's "nerdy" costumes.
In addition to the glasses, light up ice cubes, slap koozies, custom TV logos, and gobos were added to the room.
Avnet's Geno Garcia welcomed guests and kicked off the party.
It only took 30 seconds for The Spazmatic's to get the party started.

Harbor created custom welcome packets for attendees upon arrival. All hotel rooms, shuttle arrangements, activities and meeting spaces were arranged by Harbor.
Harbor created a custom ice breaker using SPS themes and products to help the team get to know each other.
George Ducas, of Buddy Lee Attractions, entertained the group at Party Fowl for the team's welcome event.
Day one of SPS meetings were held at Yazoo Brewery inside the taproom.

Harbor Entertainment produced the Dentsu Aegis Network North American Leadership Summit 2015.
Night one of the summit kicked off with dinner, drinks, and entertainment by the Steeldrivers and Butch Walker at the Hatchery inside ACME Nashville.
Harbor designed custom table decor, lighting, room layout, and menu.

Harbor created a custom backdrop to personalize the event utilizing graphics provided by Dentsu Aegis.
Meetings took place in the Hermitage Hotel ballroom. Harbor provided AV and show direction.

Harbor Entertainment outfitted the IBM hallway for the 2014 Avnet Partner Summit.

Conference attendees identified the IBM space with a custom built "tech tunnel" featuring individual LED Pixels, the IBM "blue", and a branded floor. This piece was fabricated by Fusedog Media, and was specifically designed to fit within this space.
The floor of the tunnel reflected the theme and brand of the hallway - "The Smarter Channel".
Power Tower charging stations were set up in the hallway to charge mobile devices as well as showcase IBM and Avnet social media, videos, and branding.
Accent lighting was provided highlighting the IBM brand.
Sleek screens were used as signage to display new products from Avnet and IBM as well as the conference schedule specific to the hallway. Custom video loops were rendered by Kevin Sullivan.
The hallway featured a Starbucks coffee bar and barista to make specialty drinks not available anywhere else at the summit.
Power Tower charging stations were wrapped with product specific branding and an IBM gobo was featured above the main breakout.

BUDDY LEE ATTRACTIONS 50TH ANNIVERSARY VIDEO
Buddy Lee Attractions 50th Anniversary event took place on the rooftop of one of Nashville's newest event spaces, Acme Feed & Seed.
Harbor handled event production including lighting, sound, and backline.
The evening culminated in a 15min fireworks display coordinated by Harbor with our friends at Pyro Shows.
The display included a custom soundtrack arranged by Harbor of current and former BLA artists.
The display included a 60 second finale in honor of Buddy and Rita Lee, BLA's founders.

Harbor Entertainment created the set design and concept starting with the client's vision of a warm, natural, and inviting space. Lots of textures and rich materials were added to give this large set piece depth.

April 2nd - 4th | Country Music Hall of Fame
Harbor Entertainment coordinated evening outings, entertainment, and production needs for the SPS 2014 conference.
Harbor designed "Welcome Packets" highlighting both meeting agendas and destination information for each attendee upon arrival.
Attendees received a private tour of the Country Music Hall of Fame.
Cocktails, dinner, and a concert all took place in the Hall's Rotunda. The Rotunda features a unique collection of artist facts while providing a stunning surround.

Blackberry Smoke brought southern rock and gritty country back to the Delta as part of Saturday’s diverse line-up.

The complete production package for the main stage, including lighting, audio, full logistic support for each act, and premier sponsor placement for naming the stage, was all produced and provided by Harbor Entertainment.
Backline support, stage crews, and labor were provided to keep each act running on time.
Special effects were choreographed uniquely for the artist's set.

Full ariel displays capped off each night of Delta Country Jam.
From rendering to reality, site plan creation was used to assist in maximizing the venue's potential.
Harbor brought the entire event site together starting at back of house and running all the way to the entrances.
Complete graphics with customs designs and ad mats providing media placement were created for the event.
A custom social media package was created and managed by Harbor Entertainment for Delta Country Jam. Facebook, Twitter, Four Square, and Instagram kept fans up to date on the latest info and provided a platform for direct interaction with the event.

Colt Ford brought the show down and pulled friends from Nashville to join him during the 14th annual Buds-N-Suds.
Just this year, Buds-N-Suds threw it back to 1994 with “Joe, Joe, Joe, Joe Diffie” for the 16th annual show.
One of the features to Buds-N-Suds is the auction. Combining local items with those brought in by different auction companies, the CCFA’s auction is a unique local feature amongst the many events in Nashville.
